What you take home
What's in your repo after working with us
Your repos. Your code. Your IP. You keep every artifact — code, scaffolding scripts, Claude skills, design tokens, documentation. No dependencies on us, no vendor pull-back.
Custom node libraries
TypeScript components for your domain-specific nodes (AI agents, validators, tool nodes). Written by our engineers paired with your dev.
Properties panel schemas
JSON Schema definitions for each node type — auto-validated forms. Mapped from your data model during Discovery.
Back-end integration
API routes, engine adapter (Temporal/Inngest/yours), event log. Built on top of our reference back-end.
Theming + design tokens
Built on the existing Workflow Builder Figma Kit - CSS variables and a Figma file matched to your brand. Start from our kit, your design system, or both.
AI-driven dev workflows
AI-assisted workflow setup and purpose-built Claude skills.
Production runbook
Docs: deployment, monitoring, common gotchas. Written during Implementation, not after.
30-day post-handover support
Async Slack/Linear channel, code reviews, weekly check-in. Included in Sprint and End-to-end engagements.
IP ownership
Apache 2.0 license + your derivative work fully yours. Audit-friendly for regulated industries (fintech, healthcare, defense).

How we work
The four principles behind every engagement
Panoramic problem solving
We look at users, operations, compliance, and scale, then recommend the smartest solution.
Shoulder-to-shoulder collaboration
Your repos, weekly reviews, and fast responses. You keep every artifact.
Validation before development
Assumptions are tested on your data; if a step doesn't add value, we don't recommend it.
Real problems over feature lists
Measuring solution success and reliability, not just shipping screens.

CASE STUDIES
What we have built
Workflow products shipped end-to-end
Three engagements that show what consulting delivery looks like in production.
Vercom – customer-facing automation in 6 weeks
Challenge: customer-facing workflow automation inside messaging platform.
Outcome: EUR 50,000 saved
“Workflow Builder gave us a complete, proven foundation.”

Composabl – no-code AI agent designer in 3 weeks
Challenge: AI agent designer for non-engineers (no-code).
Outcome: production in 3 weeks
Custom node library with branded theming, light and dark modes, auto-layout, reusable knowledge blocks for multi-step training workflows.

Athena Intelligence – LangGraph editor in 1 day
Challenge: visual workflow editor over Python LangGraph agents.
Outcome: integration live in 1 day
“Painless for how heavy the UI is.”

Engagement scope
Two scopes - Setup Sprint or full delivery
Pick the level of partnership that matches your project. We are also available for one-off architecture reviews and quick consults - reach out and we will scope it.
Both engagement scopes layer on top of an Enterprise Edition license (EUR 6,990). Our team works in the same codebase as you, with full source access. Community-only customers can self-serve; partner-led delivery starts with Enterprise.

How to scope
Scope your engagement in 6 steps
No black box. Explicit timeline from first message to engagement start.

1
Send a 1-paragraph project description
Email - describe what you're building and your timeline.

2
We respond within 24 hours
Intro call invite, no auto-reply.

3
Intro call (and follow-up if needed)
30-60 min. We learn about your problem and show relevant work from our portfolio. Optional follow-up for PoC demo or technical deep-dive.

4
Discovery sales call
No commitment. 1-2h deep dive with Business Analyst, designer, and tech lead. Map challenges and ideas to scope.

5
Ballpark proposal
Phased scope and ballpark budget delivered within ~1 week.

6
Engagement starts within 2 weeks
If you say yes - we kick off.
The whole process up to the ballpark proposal is free of charge.
Intro call, follow-up, Discovery sales call, ballpark proposal - all free. You can walk away at any point, say no, and nobody takes offense. We only invoice once you sign the engagement.
CONSULTING FAQ
Consulting FAQ
Questions teams ask before scoping
- How much does Workflow Builder consulting cost?
Consulting layers on top of an Enterprise Edition license (EUR 6,990). A Workflow Setup Sprint runs EUR 15,000-25,000 for a 2-4 week kickoff. End-to-end delivery is custom-scoped. Everything up to the ballpark proposal - intro call, Discovery sales call, and the proposal itself - is free of charge.
- What's the difference between the Setup Sprint and End-to-end services?
Sprint = we help you start, you finish. End-to-end = we deliver to production. Sprint suits teams with engineering capacity who want a head start; End-to-end suits teams who want a partner to ship the workflow feature while their engineers focus on the rest of the product.
- How do you transfer knowledge to our team?
Pairing from day 1, AI-assisted workflow setup, purpose-built Claude skills for your codebase, scaffolding scripts, and documentation. We are not building dependencies - we transfer capability. Your team owns the code when we leave.
- Can Workflow Builder integrate with our existing React Flow canvas?
Usually yes, though not as a drop-in layer over your existing canvas. We typically (a) rebuild your current UX on the Workflow Builder SDK, (b) contribute to your codebase, or (c) plan a migration from React Flow. Our Workflow architecture consulting track identifies the right path.
- What if our team has React experience but not workflow editors?
Common case. The Setup Sprint includes architecture explanation plus pairing. After 2-4 weeks your team owns it. We have onboarded React teams to workflow editor patterns in dozens of engagements.
- Do you do Workflow Builder consulting for regulated industries (fintech, healthcare, defense)?
Yes. NDA, SOC2-aligned and GDPR-compliant processes, we can work in your environment. 200+ workflow products delivered across regulated verticals - including BMW (industrial), TotalEnergies (energy), and others under NDA.
- Can we start with a workflow feasibility study and expand later?
Yes. The workflow feasibility study is one of our five consulting tracks - you can engage it standalone, then expand into a Setup Sprint or End-to-end engagement if the path becomes clear.
